Unity behind proxy

My internet connection is using proxy, so i cant access asset strore. i already search for some solution, here http://unitytutorials4u.blogspot.co.id/2012/10/unity3d-proxy-problem-fixed.html but i dont know if my setting was correct. and i still cant access the asset store

is this the right way to set up the environment variables? thanks
