admob ads problem

hi hope you doing well i need help with unity ads , i have implement and try new and old admob sdk many i tried but the problem is the ads not showing in unity editor while the print message of ads loaded and shown are printed , and ads not show and also after creating apk the aps crashes , i tried empty project also i need suggestion for unity 2018.4 and 2019 unity both
