Texture Flickering in VR LWRP(High Quality)

I'm working on a night time scene for Oculus Rift S. Just created a new project with VR-LDRP template, imported my model, added some point-lights(baked) and played. Everything seems fine when there is no movement in game, but when I move the player I see my road textures are flickering(don't know if it's the correct term to use) so badly. What could be the reason for it? Even in editor texture seems to be flickering. Please Check out the gif below. Thanks in advance :D
