Unauthorized access exeption when building to Oculus quest 2

As shown in order, the images describe how I'm getting to build to my VR headset due to an unauthorized access exeption. This happens regardless of whether i try to update sdk or use highest installed. Picture 5 shows my attempt to update sdk manually.

Can anyone help?
