i'm getting this error, how can i fix this? error CS0234

Hi everyone i'm getting this error Library\PackageCache\com.unity.burst@1.6.0\Editor\BurstAotCompiler.cs(713,27): error CS0234: The type or namespace name 'AndroidExternalToolsSettings' does not exist in the namespace 'UnityEditor.Android' (are you missing an assembly reference?) i switched form pc to android to build my app and i'm getting this error, i tryed to update burst closing and opening the project but nothing changed, how can i fix this? thanks in advice.
