RTS Camera Zoom w/ Rotation

Hello I am somewhat new to unity, that being said I decently know my way around java-script.

Now I'm trying to make an RTS game similar to C&C Red Alert 3, I'm trying to mimic the camera, in C&C as much as possible. I've got the panning/scrolling done. But, I can't figure out how to get the camera to rotate, and zoom towards a target without disorienting the camera.

I've Googled around and haven't found anything of use. Any help is greatly appreciated.
