Camera help

Alright guys, I need some help working with a few cameras. I currently have 3 cameras setup, 1 main camera, and 2 cameras meant to cause a blur effect on either half of the screen, tall not wide. However I don't know how to get the 2 cameras meant for blur effects to work, look at the images to understand what I'm talking about. My goal is to turn on the left blur for player 1 and the right blur for player 2, trust me I'm going about it this way for a reason I don't really want to announce my game until it's done!

I'm going to use tinyurl to shorten all of the links as there are multiple, and I used gyazo to take all the images.

This image is an image of the main camera http://tinyurl.com/qfkhnpw

This image is an image of the main camera with the right camera on http://tinyurl.com/p9xum9v

This image is an image of the main camera, left camera, and right camera all on http://tinyurl.com/p57f3lz (trust me, all cameras are on here, however it only shows the main and either the left or right cameras)

This image is an image of the left camera http://tinyurl.com/ogakvg9

This image is an image of the right camera http://tinyurl.com/oh459t6

This image is an image of the left and right camera http://tinyurl.com/p8yodf8 (Same thing as the image with all three cameras on ;3)

If I need to go into further detail with something then please let me know.

Thank you ahead of time for the help ;3

It is a bit vague, but maybe a solution to use ImageEffects? Or use the Unity UI System to blur the view?

Issue with image effects is that you attach them to cameras.
