Android game takes time to laod.

I have created a android game. Everything is done but when i am running my game in my android device it is taking a lot of time to load. At least for 2 mins it stays in the splash screen.

I am using Ngui and i have compressed all the textures to minimum.

In some devices the game is crashing after the splash screen.

Is there any way to reduce loading time?
