If I uninstall one copy of Unity will it mess up my other installations?
I have multiple copies on Unity installed on my machine (different versions). I need to keep one of my Unity 4 installs for a project, but all other versions I want to remove because I just don't need them anymore. If I uninstall them, will things get messed up for the installation I want to keep?
I'm worried there are shared files or registry entries that will get deleted and destroy the installation I want to keep.

In add or remove programs it would only show the version of unity that u installed most recently. No others will be shown there. If u want to remove a particular version of unity just go and delete the entire folder everything should be fine and no other versions will be affected.
True that the last installed version is the only one that shows up in the (Windows) Programs and Features window. I just uninstalled that version and the others seem to be working fine.

If every version is in different folder, you should not have any problem.
