WebGL player on web sites with AngularJS

Since Chrome42 stops supporting unity our project is moving into WebGl Unity Player. We use AngularJS as client web-framework and there is conflict between WebGLPlayer.js and AngularJS in Mozilla Firefox (but works good in Chrome). Web alt text GLPlayer.js returns such error: HierarchyRequestError: Node cannot be inserted at the specified point in the hierarchy
