Photon - How can I get a list of ALL players in EVERY room?

I'm making a multiplayer game similar to Agar.io, and the way I was thinking of handling it is by having only 9 players per room, but have the leaderboard show data for all players in every room. Any ideas on how I can approach this? Thanks :) (FYI: it is a mobile game)
