How to import player model from 4.0 demo project
Hi people!
I look at Unity just several days. I'm trying to make small game with isometric camera view. And since I'm not 3D model designer I decided to use player model from AngryBots 4.0 demo project. I got that it is enough to import fbx file from demo project.
Here is what I did: 1) Create new project, add terrain, add daylight, add couple of cubes like in some tutorial. 2) Copied player.fbx (first time without meta-files, the second with it). And MuzzleFlash.fbx (actually don't know what is it needed for) 3) After that I add FreeMovementMotor.js and PlayerMovementController.js to Player prefab and model like in demo. 4) After that I added all script which compiler told me to add.
After that I could start game and move palyer, BUT: a) model do not make any animations, can move in environment without animations b) model can turn but after several meters falls under terrain
When I add frictionless material to player model it it stops falling. Of cource player model now is without skin, but I don't worry about it know.
Now my problem that I don't know how to make model playing animations. Can anybody help me with that?
