unity3d import model made from maya problem

I make a fbx animation in maya,the model's animation is working quiet well in maya.when i export the model from maya use fbx style and import to unity3D,There is problem,some joint position is not show in right place.How i fix the problem.alt text

I respond to your question with a question. If you take your exported .FBX and reimport it back into $$anonymous$$aya, does the reimport work or is it also broken?

Tried you advice,found the animation was broken in model:C,$$anonymous$$y setting is follow the unity3d's document,confused...

This is a Maya problem, not a Unity problem; it's not exporting the .FBX correctly. The two pieces of advice I can give you are this: (1) Try clearing the object's "non-deformer history" in Maya to see if it exports better [Save a backup before attempting because sometimes that causes errors.] (2) If that doesn't work ask around on the Autodesk Maya forums about the export problem.
