Distance between object and shadow
I've got an indoor scene with several ceiling lights and a large 'sun' streaming through the window. These are all realtime point lights. The shadows from the ceiling lights are fine, but the shadows from the sun are drawing with a bit of distance from the object.
This makes the wooden unit look as if it is floating above the floor (it isn't) and also there are bright strips around the wall with the window where the shadow isn't tight up to the wall.
I've seen this post here which mentions the Shadow Bias setting - increasing Shadow Bias makes the problem worse, but it's set to zero here and there is still distance between the object and the shadow.
I'm using Unity free 5.50f3.
Any thoughts?
