              Get Sprite Animation to play EVERY frame
I have a sprite sheet animation that is 69 frames.
I want it to play one loop in 1.8 seconds. The problem is some frames get skipped - it is hardly visible to the eye, but that is not the point. I need EVERY frame to play.
How do I ensure that every frame gets played? I was told to set Time.captureFramerate to my desired frame rate so that every frame gets played. The problem is it still doesn't play every frame when I do that and it slows down the game significantly on mobile devices.
- seconds with 69 frames is 38 frame rate. 
Any ideas how I can play every frame of my animation?
