App Doesnt install on device (Android)

I have been making Android games for a while, but for some reason this new one i have been working on just doesnt want to install on my device. I have been searching the web, forums and anything else for answers, but nothing works. I have a keystore and am signing the app correctly, the install location is set to automatic, made sure the scene is in the build, etc. When trying to install directly from an apk the app starts installing then just stops and says "App not installed". Whereas build and run goes through what it needs to but doesnt launch or put anything on the phone. There are no error messages in the Console. Any help is appreciated, will provide screenshots if necessary. Thank you in advance.
