Unity Answers does not provide scripts to specification. In addition, Unity Answers addresses single specific technical questions to help you write your own code. You have two technical questions here. The first is how to detect left and right swipes (and distinguish them from other finger gestures). The second is how to move an object over time from one lane to the other smoothly while also maintaining the ability to detect collisions with objects. Both topics have been covered on Unity Answers. Do some research on each. If you get stuck, post back with a new question on a specific topic. Include either your code attempt or a reference to code you are trying to understand.
