Cant Fix "Unity Web Player requires DX9 ..." Please Help
Hey guys, Really need help to play a unity-game on a website. Small game but my favourite. BUT every time Unity loads completely, its gives the error "Unity Web Player requires DX9 level graphics card. Make sure you graphics card drivers installed" Now heres the info from dxdiag and if someone could please point out whats wrong or what i have to do to get it running, please Do. Your help will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance :)

Sorry, but your S3G UniChrome Pro doesn't support Shader Model 2.0, which is a baseline requirement for many game engines these days, including Unity, Unreal, and CryTek.
On the bright side, just about every GPU released since 2004 should hit that mark.
Highly recommend you look into upgrading your computer, if you can. That hardware is at least ten years old, judging by the specs you posted.
Are you sure it doesnt support shader model 2.0? I checked online somewhere and it was said that if i got directx9c, shader model 2.0 is supported. o.O Either way, Im a noob so i may be wrong.. Anyways,what should i do? Toss this one out and get a new motherboard and everything from scratch or is it possible that i just get another graphics card another ram. $$anonymous$$y motherboard is awrdacpi.
Your whole computer seems a decade old, maybe you can get some really old VGA somewhere on ebay. Other than that just buy a whole new one.
