DX11 on DX9 GPU

for some weird reason unity is sure i am running on a GPU that doesn't supports DX11, i even check Dxdiag to see if i am mistaken and it says i have Dx11

my pc spes are (crappy PC i am working on till i get my new one):

motherboard: GigaByte G31M-ES2L

Processor: Intel Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5500 @2.80GHz(2 CPUs), ~2.8GHz

RAM: 4069MB RAM

GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6570 (XFX, with DX11 support written on the box :)

The card supports DX11, A$$anonymous$$D says on it's website.
