Photoshop dynamic text to unity
Hello, Is there a way to export dynamic text layer with blending options(such as: inner glow, shadows. etc) to unity and be able to edit it durning game?

No you cannot export these kinds of effects into Unity. You might be able to emulate a specific effect using a shader.

Most of those effects can be done within Unity using plugins like "Textmesh Pro" inner / outer glow, hard/soft shadow, beveling, outline, blur, etc.. all being runtime properties.
(One side benefit is that being rendered VS exported, you get dynamic DPI support)
