How to make an in-game settings menu?

Hi, I am just trying to figure out how to create an in-game settings menu for of course, my game. I don't really know much coding but everything else is familiar to me, if someone could lend me some help, maybe a video tutorial or some code that would be awesome :)

Also, this is just a personal preference but if it could have inside of the code/etc a back to main menu button or just a back button that would make things easier :) If you show me a video or give me code without the back button part I don't mind I will just put that in manually. Thanks!
