Unity 4.5 Asset Store not loading on OS X 10.10 Yosemite

Hi,

i recently updated my dev mac book to 10.10 Yosemite, and downloaded Unity 4.5, but Asset Store keeps on white blank. i checked my network and used a VPN to try different IPs, still nothing loaded on Asset Store. Before this problem could be issued on tracker, i want to know if someone had the same problem.

I installed Unity 4.5 on Yosemite. When I try to run it, it freezes after starts and before it asks for my serial number...

yeah, is there any way to go over this grey screen? They say you can do it over manual activation. You turn off Wifi, open unity, create a certificate , upload it and download a license. But if you follow the computer's steps, it doesn't accept the downloaded license. What to do???
