Duplicate Question
Asset Store in Unity 4 opens up in a window and is blank an white.
I am trying to access the Asset Store within unity and it opens a new window but it is blank. I have tried many other answers that have been answered here on unity answers but none have worked. I have also tried to open asset store in the browser and when i click "Open in Unity" It opens up the same window and it's blank. Has anyone fixed this problem? Thanks! BTW, I'm running this on mac.
The asset store does sometimes take a while to load. Is it possible it's temporarily down or unavailable? Do you see any error messages in Unity's console window?
Users with custom HTTP proxy settings seem to experience issues more often.
Don't use an unreleased beta OS (except for testing, of course). Use OS X 10.9 for production.
I've actually been having the same issue myself, as well as something that pops up either like this:
com.unity3d.kharma when I try and download anything from the asset store on the unity website.
When this happens on Windows have found out that unticking "Use Direct3D 11*" checkbox under "Edit" -> "Project Settings" -> "Player" fixes the issue. Note this is for Windows users as OSX probably doesn't have that checkbox or if it does, it shouldn't be of relevance to this issue.
