[Meta] How can I change my username?
Every time I try to visit the forums I receive this error: "That username is already in use or does not meet the administrator's standards. If you are Bic and you have forgotten your password, click here."
My username is "Bic ". As you can see there is a space there, which it allowed me to enter when it prompted me to add a username to my account. I have not been able to find a way to change my username. Is it possible to fix this issue?
Yes I have been experiencing this problem as well. It did not tell me my user name has been taken when i was creating my account. Ins$$anonymous$$d it told me when i was trying to reach the forums.
I've been contacting unity support for over 2 months and this is still a problem. I had to create a second account just to post this. WTF?
I can't see any emails into our support system from the email address associated with headhunter45. What's your case number? (I change usernames every week, so it's not something hard for Unity to do.)
The most recent one was 00145733 prior to that was 00138093. I don't have the earlier ones handy. The first email to support was in late October.
