Problem Registering with the Community Forums
Hey Folks,
New to the Unity game, but it looks like such an amazing suite that I had to download it. The download went off without a hitch, but when trying to register for the community forums, I didn't get my authorization email. Not in my inbox, spam folder, nothing. I figured it was just backed up, but it's been 24 hours and I've yet to receive my confirmation email.
If anybody - mod or otherwise - could help me out, it would be much appreciated. The email address I tried to register was Buster.Netflix@gmail.com
I had one other question, too - in terms of licensing, if I'm just using the free version and I release an app to the Android market, does it have to be free? Or do the profits (if any) go to Unity? A little confused. I'd have checked the forums more but I was frustrated on not being able to post. All help welcome and appreciated.

If you have the free version you will not be able to build an android app. You need the Android ($400) or Android Pro ($1500) for that. Assu$$anonymous$$g you buy these products then you can make as many apps and sell them for whatever price you want and make as much money as you can.
Publishing games for standalone on $$anonymous$$ac/PC or iOS is free however, if you decide not to buy a pro licence. :)
I'm having the same problem with forum registration.
Its not just me then either! I also did not get an auth.-mail! Waited for 3 days already, nothing in spam box etc. I've tried logging in and doing a password reset on my account, hoping that would confirm my email since I wouldnt be able to reset the password otherwise, but no sir... Also searched for a "resend auth mail"-option but there is none. There really should be one implemented!
