Android Native Plugin Stopped Working in 4.3

We've recently upgraded to Unity 4.3 from 4.2 and our native plugin has stopped working. We have no changes to our plugin and we haven't recompiled it.

The only error we get is:

     Unable to find 'NameOfMyPlugin'.

I also see other users have the same problem:
