MMD How to export model and animations to Unity as 3rd person controller?
I have a MMD model I want to send to Unity to use in my 3rd person controller, but I had to use Blender to make the animations export it as FBX and then send it to Unity, but it was too small, I couldn't find the animations, and it would have been hard for me to assign it as the model for the 3rd person controller.
I've looked up tutorials, none have my answer, can anyone please help me?
Is there another way to have my model as a 3rd person model and have its animations?

There are scale setting in the Unity importer.
Import the model and then go to the Inspector to set the scale.
