Can we run unity version 4.2.2 and 4.3.3 in a same machine.?
Currently i'm using unity version 4.3.4 in windows 7 home basic.
can i install unity 4.2.2 in this same pc. If i install it whether both the versions work or not.

Yes. This is perfectly possible. Just remember to install them in different folders, or else one version will overwrite the other.
