There are lots of questions and full answer's for this all over this site. Also maybe try Google. One sure fire way is to grab an investor with a few million to bank-roll your project and then hire me. ;)

$$anonymous$$aking an $$anonymous$$$$anonymous$$O is hard work. I wouldn't say hiring this Julian guy is a sure-fire way, but it sounds promising.

Here's a couple of links you should read first:

  • Eternal Lands' MMORPG Postmortem: Mistakes and Lessons, Part I
  • History, Timeline and Post Mortem of Tabula Rasa
  • So you want to make your own MMORPG..
  • Building MMORPGs

If you haven't created a complete single-player game, yet, you should probably also read the following resources:

  • Starting out on Game Programming
  • Starting a project
  • An Introduction to Game Programming
  • Other ways of making a game

$$anonymous$$$$anonymous$$O means "$$anonymous$$assively $$anonymous$$ultiplayer Online", it's short for $$anonymous$$$$anonymous$$OG which means "$$anonymous$$assively $$anonymous$$ultiplayer Online Game". RPG means "Role Playing Game". So $$anonymous$$$$anonymous$$ORPG means "$$anonymous$$assively $$anonymous$$ultiplayer Online Role Playing Game".

please start with the tutorials here.
http://unity3d.com/support/resources/ And if you have a specific problem, post your code and problem here. Currently, your question is way too broad to be answered.
