Xcode 5 + iOS 7 Status Bar
Just compile a unity project with Xcode 5 on iPad3 with iOS 7. Somebody know because the status bar is always active? Same project on iPad1 works fine and status bar is hidden.

This has been fixed in the latest Unity version, however you can fix it by adding a row to Info.plist in Xcode called View controller-based status bar appearance
and set it to NO
.
I've add your answer as a link on a similar forum post: http://forum.unity3d.com/threads/201305-IOS-7-hide-status-bar
I saw a thread comment from a UnityDev ( a while back ) stating it was fixed in 4.3, and they were expecting it to go live before iOS7 did, as it wasn't a critical error.
It isn't, but I think it's fixed on 4.2.1 already, isn't it? As petey mentioned, it is on the 4.2.1 release notes: iOS: Fixed status bar appearance on iOS 7.
@mattssonon just posted (and apparently deleted) a relevant comment: it has been fixed in Unity 4.2.2 as per this release note: iOS: Fixed status bar issue on iOS7 without the important observation part - it has been fixed again, both in 4.2.1 and 4.2.2. So who knows if this is still buggy. I know XCode 5 still doesn't run straight from Build & Run like it used to do before.
Woops, forgot to re-add the comment, I wanted to edit it.
