iOS 7 Status Bar Missing
I am having an issue with iOS 7 where the status bar is missing. When I run the Unity-generated app on my iOS 6 device, the status bar is at the top where it should be, but on iOS 7, it is not showing up.
We have the status bar hidden at launch and then call the following code to show it.
if(visible)
[[UIApplication sharedApplication] setStatusBarHidden:NO withAnimation:UIStatusBarAnimationFade];
else
[[UIApplication sharedApplication] setStatusBarHidden:YES withAnimation:UIStatusBarAnimationFade];
The iOS 7 device shows the Unity scene all the way to the top of the phone, so it's as if the status bar just isn't being rendered.
The other thing that might be useful is that I have selected "Black Opaque" as the status bar type in Xcode for the build.
Any ideas where to look on this? I've scoured the internet with little help.
Thanks, Chris
