Unity Cant open(Mac)
i download the free Full Version for Mac OS X and i registered.Till now all working good but when i click open the unity i get this error:
Fatal error!
The project is on case sensitive file system. Case sensitive file systems are not supported at the moment. Please move the project folder to a case insensitive file system.
I dont know what to do I tried to install Unity a lot! And to click Alt and then click on the unity

There is really simple solution:
Open "Disk utility" application, Press "New Image" and select options:
then press "Create" button.
Then reinstall Unity on CI-HDD hard drive. That's all.
Thanks this is a great fix, that should be suggested in the "fatal error" message

I tried with a case-insensitive image. I deleted all the Library/unity stuff. Installed the latest version of unity on the new image. And it still doesn't work with the exact same error.
Is there something else I can try?
This limitation is quite terrible, case-sensitive is a must for most developers on Mac.

On a new mac book air, you can format and reinstall Lion.
You only need to hit CMD+R on startup before user login, so you can see the menu for format and reinstall. Also see that this feature come along with the BIOS I guess, so you dont need to worry about wipe out the filesystem (I have only formated the first) , anyway you only need and internet connection because is a net install (and it is free for the new mac book air), if you wish you could search for more info about this on the web.
