Build issue with Gradle and Internal for Advertisement...!!
(I'm Using Unity 2017.3.0f3). I have Enabled the Monetization from Service and Imported the Unity Monetization 3.0 and setup all the script for banner ads and other ads then when I build the game it gave me Error for 'Gradle Failure', so I Change the build System to (Internal) now it show that 'Unable to Convert Classes into dex format'. Now I Found out the error From the file name - 'UnityAds.aar' When I deleted that file unity Build the project it was working fine, but with that it doesnt, Pls Help...!!.

When using the package from the asset store you should disable ads monetization from the service panel. You will have to initialize your ads services from script. This will mean you can use new features like Banner Ads if you are going with Ads 3.0. If you want to do it all from the service panel, you will have to remove the files from the package that you brought in.
