Files are deleted after reopening built app

Is there a way to keep all I created even if I close and re open built app ?

For the moment, if I close, everything I had done disappears, but it didnt happen that way in edition mode (nothing disappeared). Some json files are resetted when I reopen...

Please tell me if you have a solution!
