Cannot move keyframes from imported keyframe animation
When I import regular keyframe animation from 3dsmax (animation is not baked) as fbx, the animation is read-only. Is there a way to unlock it so I can move the frames around?

It's by design : when the asset updates, you'd lose all changes. Solution: duplicate the clip you want to edit.
