Can we import asset from "cities skyline" to unity 3d ?
I'm trying to make a game for my college project using unity (I'm a beginner) today only I learnt importing terrain height maps with the help of a website terrain.party for making world & I wanted to know can we import from "cities skylines" to unity ? Because making a world in cities skyline is quite easy as compared to unity ..can anyone recommend me some assets for making buildings or cities just like we do in cities skylines ..Any help would be appreciated :)
Legally, no, you can't. But illegally... Also it would be pretty hard as (i didn't played so i don't know how are the game files but i assume are normal) you would need to decrypt the game files, discover where are the 3d models, convert them and then see if it work. If i remember correctly Unity supports .Obj, .FBX, and .3D$$anonymous$$ax
@Bryangs Thank you for replying! That would be a tedious method as I'm a begineer ..can you please suggest me some free or paid unity assets that I can use for making a car racing 3D game ..I want to create huge highways, roads, buildings, etc.so can you suggest me some assests which can help me in creating these objects fast..
@Sahilanand - That's exactly what the asset store is for
