How do I refresh/update old assets in unity?
I have a character in blender that I have rigged an animated, and I have him working well in Unity. But I now made a change to the animation in blender, but I can't seem to get it to update the animation in unity. The only way I have found so far is to delete the character in my scene and import the new file. But this doens't work very well because after that I have to apply and tune all my scripts on the new model(which takes quite a while). Thanks for the help! -Rov

Right click the asset and use the Reimport option.
I tried that, but it doesn't update to existing model in the scene. It only seems to apply to the base asset file. Is there a way to update the one that is already in the scene? Thanks for replying. -Rov
What was it in the end? It's good to have all of the answers on here :)
Not sure if this was OP's problem, but the assets need to be inside the Unity project folder for it to work. I just got it working with a Sketchup model.
Once I moved the model file inside the Unity Assets folder, it was automatically imported, and I could double-click the file inside Unity to edit in Sketchup. It was also automatically re-imported on save.
