Make the camera stay behind the third person
Hi all,
What I want to be able to do is have a camera which will stay behind of the third person character; no matter which way i turn etc...
I have tried multiple approaches regarding the main camera, I have tried making the main camera a child of the player (but this presented rotation problems). I have tried attaching scripts such as the smooth follow script, but that makes the camera jitter about everywhere.
Does anyone know how to do what I am asking? Or know of a tutorial which will point me in the right direction?

Your problem is not clear. But if the only issue with making the camera a child of the character, you might try this to solve what I think maybe your rotation problem:
