Vector3 is a type of variable that indicates a direction and magnitude in 3D space. IEnumerable is a little bit more complicated - I'm guessing you actually mean IEnumerator, which refers to Coroutines. Don't worry about those until you understand the basics better.
However, your question is very vague and indicates a lack of understanding of programming in general. Doing some tutorials would go a long way towards answering your questions.
Although vectors represent movement. It's probably easier to think of it as one of these:
Position
Direction
Difference
"program$$anonymous$$g in general": Yes. This is like going to a TransAm forum and asking what the round glass things in front are for. Nothing wrong with not knowing, but not the best place to learn.
"Special variables that use dots" is a standard program$$anonymous$$g thing. If you learn any program$$anonymous$$g, from anywhere, then look again, it will be totally obvious what V3's do. That's a good thing -- means the thousands of "Learn to program" books can help you, even though they aren't specifically about Unity.
