Wheel Friction Curve being weird (simple question)

When ever I turn with my car, it keeps turning even when I stop pressing the left/right arrow key. Is there a way I can stop this (angular drag, asymptote, extremum values)?

Are your wheels scripted to rotate back to a default (foward) rotation when no keys are held? (steerAngle)
