Create a character from skecthup project

hello, I have a character imported from sketchup (. fbx) and want it to be my main character in the game in the third person. However, I do not know the steps I have to follow to make it work perfectly as the default constructor that exists in unity. When I add the same colliders and rigidbody he also starts the free fall. Could anyone describe me step by step? Follows the print screen imported object.

you need to set your custom character script, here is a good start http://docs.unity3d.com/Documentation/ScriptReference/CharacterController.SimpleMove.html

also on youtube you can watch some videos about making a custom character controller.

@FrankStars$$anonymous$$o Hello friend, thank you for your help, but what I need is about collisions and physical, my character just walks forward and sideways. But he is in free fall, what need is for my character be equal to the default constructor of Unity, which is one puppet builder 3D.

sorry i didn't see, on the picture uncheck "generate Colliders" for your biker, and check that feature for your terrain, that's probably the reason your player is falling
