Particle "overlapped" by object but visible in 'Scene'-view
I have a very strange problem with my particles. They are spawned when a bullet hits an object. This works fine with spaceships and space stations, but they are somehow overlapped by asteroids.

The left side shows the game view, there are no particles when the asteroid is (but the asteroid is further away than the particles).
Does anyone have an idea why this is happening? Camera, asteroids and particles are on the same layer, the camera's culling mask is set to 'everything'.
