Visualizer Studio emit particles not working, please help

I have visualizer studio and IM trying to make the emit particles trigger work but it wont trigger. The other triggers work fine but the emit particles wont go. I have the manager, data groups, frequency controller, particle system and emit particles trigger all set up but it wont trigger, please help.
