Unity Assets on multiple computers

Question

Hey I want to get an asset from the Unity store but I have Unity on 2 partitions of my computer. I want to be able to use the asset interchangeably from partition to partition. I'm the only one using the Asset so would this be possible?

Yes, they are tied to your Asset Store account.
