How do I fix DAZ Texture settings in Unity(Transparent hose)?
I have a character from DAZ with stockings. so they have to be transparent.
When i bring the character to Unity. the whole stocking is just black. How can I get the same effect as in DAZ?
Here are the settings used in DAZ =For all of the body parts(Thigh, Shin, Lace)the ---Diffuse is Black 0 0 0
----Opacity Strength 100% with a texture of called pantyhose_tr_01.jpg which is just a black background image with 2 gray things representing the color/texture of the legs
----Bump Stregth 200% with a texture pantyhose_bum_01.jpg which is pretty much the same as pantyhose_tr_01.jp but the leg areas are darker dakr gray
That's it and it works in DAZ. But these are the settings that are automatically set when i import the character to unity, and it doesn't look like the DAZ way. Instead they look completely black and untransparent.
Lace-Transparent/Diffuse , Main Color Black, no texture Thigh-Transparent/Diffuse, Main Color Black, no texture Pantyhose Band- Diffuse, Main Color White, pantyhoseband texture Shin - Transparent/Diffuse, Main Color Black, no texture
I tried inserting the pantyhose_tr_01.jpg texture into the texture area of Thigh, shin, and setting the color of Thigh and Shin to White instead of Black and that did give me the texture
And there is no transparency at all
