Anyone interested in Coding some things for our project ?

Hello,

We are currently working on a project for our school. It's a pretty ambitious game we are making. Ill make an attempt in trying to explain it :

Our plan is to make a game where the player is always running and within this rush he gets to pick up certain "Power-Ups" (< as some would call them) and with those "Power-Ups" he or she can change key elements within the game-world. for instance when you run and gather a certain pickup, then the path that you're running on will change it's texture. Or you could trigger a sound or trigger a different skybox.

With this we want the player to be more that just playing, he/she can actually create something of an 3D art-piece that at the end of the game (when you fall of a path) you get to see what you have created. Kind of like a showcase camera. And our goal is to save all those different end shots and collect them somewhere on the internet

I got some screenshots with what we have currently have working. We are in the midst of production and we got our deadline set on Thursday the 24th of March.

You could have already guessed. But we are in search for a good coder that can help us with some important issues. Issues like: a good gravity system. (In the game players can walk upside down for instance) And a good third person camera control script. We already tried various things and we got a lot working but just not that well as we want it to.

So if you have read this and feel like you could be the guy for the job. Please let us know via PM, e-mail: neoniels5@hotmail.com or on Skype nielsdielen

Hmm, this forums is here to ask and answer questions regarding the UnityEngine. Since this isn't a question, rather like some kind of pr-thingie or what to call it I believe these forums are more suited for the thread: http://forum.unity3d.com/

Those forums even have recruitment sub-categories :)

By the way, there is no P$$anonymous$$ system here at answers.unity3d.com.

@$$anonymous$$ona While I agree the forums would be a better place for this topic, the question is if anyone is interested in coding some things for their project. Questions (according to the FAQ) are all things Unity, not limited to UnityEngine and of interest to at least one other Unity user somewhere. I am certainly interested, as I have a lot of floating time at my hands for the moment. :)

@clodyheaven, another place that might be suitable to post such request might be http://unity3dwork.com/

I side with $$anonymous$$ona and Sratement. Wrong place for this. Try the Collaboration section of the forums.
