Half transparent black circle
By scaling this circle I want to let player know that there is something falling. How to create one? Maybe someone have it?

Sounds like you need a decal. basically, you add a texture to a plane, make it a prefab, instantiate it where you want, and scale it according to your needs.
You can find a lot of info on decals, for example here.
to make black cyrcle transparent I should change alpha value of my material, but I must have some shader. Where can I find one and what I have to do with it?
Here is the Transparent shader family. You can use the Transparent Diffuse one, and have an alpha map for the texture. You can just save as a PNG and make the parts you want as transparent as you want.
