Unity Name For player

Hello All i am having trouble with this... i am making a network First Person Shooter =) and it will be good but i need some help with this what i want is at the begining of the game i want it to have like a section where you can enter your name/nickname and then you click go and it goes to the main menu but when you join a game on the network i want your name to be in the scoreboard and if your on the persons team when someone hovers the crosshair over you your name/nickname pops up above their head... so yeah Thanks in advance you guys are Awesome!
