Is this a bug or a my misunderstanding how terrain textures work?
Hey there, I've generated a terrain with the Terrain Toolkit and textured it with it, the result is the image on the left. Then I added a fifth blue texture so it created a new splat map for it, and when trying to paint with a brush size of 1, strength and opacity 0 I get the image on the right.
The first texture is a black one for the cliff option of the terrain tool kit so it is spread around on the slope. When I paint with the brush I said It changes that value and its a mess to undo it. Here is another example:
Brush size is bigger, opacity is 100% and strength about 50%, do you see what it does on the edges? I noticed you can undo textures you painted over others if you use strength 0 and paint over it again, but when it messes it up like this it leaves a bright mark and I have to redo the terrain textures gradient.
