TerrainData missing splat texture after every collab sync
I am using Unity collab with a teammate of mine. We created a scene and placed a terrain inside it. The terrain can change so the TerrainData cannot be excluded from the Version Control.
Yet every time when my teammate or i update via the Collab tab, one specific texture gets "forgotten" by the terrain data resulting in the "missing splat texture" error.
The fix is easy, i need to reassign the texture to the missing texture on the TerrainData. It is just very annoying that we have to reapply this texture after every merge...
Is there any known fix to this problem? Or is this a problem with Unity Collab or Collab in general? Is it better to switch to Git or Mercurial?

Hello sorry for my bad english language . i solved this: for example if u choose this texture "GrassHillAlbedo" search for it in your project>Standard Assets>Environment files in unity , then click on it , then in inspector window under the advanced option for "GrassHillAlbedo" u can find a check box that says "Read/Write Enable" mark it and then apply in the bottom . make sure u are not in play mode when you are doing this . and remove your texture and add it again then start play mode it should worked.
and for be more careful u can also change your whole default save project from Users>public>.... to a new location in your PC that don't be in public folder .
